Delete your NovaJump account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open NovaJump and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. If you are in an online match, that match ends as a resignation first.

What is deleted

• Your player profile: display name, friend code and sign-in credentials, including any linked Play Games, Game Center or Steam sign-in.
• Your friends list, friend requests you sent or received, and your block list (and other players' blocks of you).
• Your entries in other players' recent-opponents lists.
• Your stats, hidden skill rating, country, wallet (Stardust, items, history) and reports made by or about you.
• The app usage counts linked to your account (daily totals that contain nothing about you are kept).

Chat messages are relayed live and are never stored by the server. The only thing kept is the record of each store purchase (product, order number and date), no longer linked to you, so a purchase cannot be redeemed twice. Encrypted backup copies are kept for up to 12 months, so deleted information disappears from them as older copies expire. Server logs are deleted automatically after a short period. Purchases are managed by your app store and are not affected. See also our privacy policy.

Can't use the app?

Email support@retroactivegaming.co.uk from the address you want us to reply to, and include your display name and friend code (shown in the app under Friends) so we can find the account. We will confirm once it has been deleted.
